DashGolf (hereinafter "the App") never asks users to enter personal details such as their name or email address, and requires no account registration. Videos recorded or imported in the App, annotations, and analysis results are not transmitted to any servers managed by the developer. The information the App does send externally is limited to what is described in Articles 5 to 7. The App is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
The App does not ask for, and has no mechanism to collect, personally identifiable information (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers). The App does not display ads and does not include any external services for advertising purposes, and does not perform tracking as defined by Apple. The App collects anonymous usage data to improve its features (see Article 7); this data never includes any personally identifiable information. The information the App sends externally consists of purchase information used to manage subscriptions (see Article 6), this anonymous usage data (see Article 7), and records the user chooses to send directly to a nearby device (see Article 5).
The App requests access to device features for the following purposes:
Captured video is processed only on your device and is never sent to the developer's servers. Microphone audio is analyzed in real time solely to detect the impact sound and is never recorded or saved.
The App provides analysis features that detect body lines and other elements from videos. All analysis runs entirely on the user's device; videos and analysis results are never sent to servers operated by the developer or any third party.
By default, App data is stored only on the user's device. Deleting the App also deletes the data stored on the device.
Only records the user chooses are saved to Apple iCloud and become available on other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Data in iCloud is stored in the user's own Apple Account storage, and the developer has no access to it. If the Apple Account is lost, iCloud data may become unrecoverable.
Users can also send records such as videos directly to a nearby device. This transfer takes place over a direct device-to-device connection and never passes through any external server.
Subscription purchases are made through the App Store operated by Apple Inc. The developer uses services provided by RevenueCat, Inc. to manage purchase status. For this purpose, information such as a randomly generated anonymous identifier, purchase history, app version, and device type is sent to RevenueCat. This information does not include any personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or videos.

The App collects anonymous usage data to understand how the App is used and to improve its features. This data consists of records of screens being shown and features being used within the App. This data is automatically accompanied by a randomly generated identifier created on the device, the device type, and the OS and app versions. This identifier is never linked to personal details such as names, and is replaced with a new one when the App is deleted. This data is sent to Mixpanel, Inc. and stored on servers managed by Mixpanel. This data does not include any personally identifiable information, videos, file names, or location data. The App does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, as this data collection does not constitute "tracking" as defined by Apple. Purchase information and usage data are retained on RevenueCat's and Mixpanel's servers respectively, for the periods set out in each company's policies.

Except as described in Articles 6 and 7, the App does not disclose user information to any third parties, except as required by law.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
This policy may be changed without prior notice to users, provided that the changes are reasonable, due to legal requirements or other circumstances. The revised privacy policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this page.

DashGolf（以下「本アプリ」）は、氏名やメールアドレスなどの入力をユーザーに求めず、アカウント登録も行いません。本アプリで撮影・読み込んだ動画、アノテーション、解析結果などのデータが、開発者の管理する外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。本アプリが外部に送信する情報は、第5条から第7条に定めるものに限られます。本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に情報を収集することはありません。
本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報（氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号など）の入力を求めず、これらを収集する仕組みを持ちません。また、本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告のための外部サービスを組み込んでいません。Apple が定義するトラッキングも行いません。本アプリの改善のため、匿名の利用状況データを収集しますが（第7条）、このデータに個人を特定できる情報が含まれることはありません。本アプリが外部に送信する情報は、サブスクリプションの管理のための購入情報（第6条）、この匿名の利用状況データ（第7条）、およびユーザーの操作により近くの端末へ直接送信する記録（第5条）です。
本アプリは、次の目的で端末の機能へのアクセス許可を求めます。
取得した動画は端末内でのみ処理され、開発者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。マイクの音声はインパクト音の検出のためにその場で解析されるだけで、録音として保存されることはありません。
本アプリは、動画から体のラインなどを検出する解析機能を提供します。解析はすべてユーザーの端末上で実行され、動画や解析結果が開発者または第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
本アプリのデータは、デフォルトではユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリを削除すると端末内のデータも消去されます。
ユーザーが選択した記録に限り、Apple iCloud に保存され、同じ Apple アカウントにサインインしている他の端末からも利用できます。iCloud 上のデータはユーザーの Apple アカウントの領域に保存され、開発者がアクセスすることはできません。Apple アカウントを紛失すると、iCloud 上のデータを復元できなくなる可能性があります。
また、ユーザーの操作により、動画などの記録を近くの端末へ直接送信できます。この転送は端末同士の直接通信で行われ、外部のサーバーを経由することはありません。
本アプリのサブスクリプションの購入は、Apple Inc. が運営する App Store を通じて行われます。開発者は、購入状態の管理のために RevenueCat, Inc. のサービスを利用しています。このため、ランダムに生成された匿名の識別子、購入履歴、アプリのバージョンや端末の種類などの情報が RevenueCat に送信されます。これらの情報に、氏名・メールアドレス・動画など、個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。

本アプリは、利用状況を把握し機能を改善するため、匿名の利用状況データを収集します。このデータは、アプリ内で画面が表示されたことや機能が使われたことの記録です。また、このデータには、端末内で生成されるランダムな識別子、端末の種類、OS およびアプリのバージョンが自動的に付与されます。この識別子が氏名などの個人情報と結び付けられることはなく、アプリを削除すると新しい識別子に変わります。このデータは Mixpanel, Inc. に送信され、同社の管理するサーバーに保存されます。このデータに、個人を特定できる情報、動画、ファイル名、位置情報が含まれることはありません。本アプリは Apple の App Tracking Transparency の仕組みを使用しません。これは、このデータ収集が Apple の定義する「トラッキング」に該当しないためです。購入情報および利用状況データは、それぞれ RevenueCat および Mixpanel のサーバーに、各社のポリシーに定める期間保存されます。

本ポリシーは日本法に準拠し、日本法に従い解釈されるものとします。
本ポリシーの内容は、変更の内容が合理的な範囲において、法令その他の事情により、ユーザーに通知することなく変更できるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
